1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and MangoGo LLC (“MangoGo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply when you access or use MangoGo Life and other consumer services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If the law where you live requires a higher minimum age, you must meet that age. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly tell us about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

One person may not impersonate another person, create accounts for abuse, or transfer an account without our permission.

3. The Service

MangoGo helps you organize records, photos, notes, documents, and other information and may provide AI-assisted features. Features, limits, supported devices, and availability may change as the Service develops.

You are responsible for keeping independent copies of information that is important to you. The Service is not an emergency, medical-record, legal-record, financial-record, or permanent archival service.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit or save in the Service. You give MangoGo a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and adapt that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service to you.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload your content. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, exposes another person's highly sensitive information without permission, or contains malicious code.

You may request deletion of your content or account. Some limited copies may remain temporarily in backups or longer where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

5. AI-assisted features

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. You must review results before relying on them.

AI features do not provide medical, veterinary, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice and must not be used for emergencies or as a substitute for a qualified professional. You are responsible for decisions and actions you take based on AI results.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to break the law; harm, threaten, exploit, or deceive others; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; distribute malware or spam; gain unauthorized access; interfere with the Service; evade usage or security limits; scrape or reverse engineer the Service except where the law expressly permits it; or use automated means that place an unreasonable burden on the Service.

We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, MangoGo, or the Service.

7. Plans, payments, and cancellation

The Service may offer free and paid plans. Before purchase, we will show the price, billing period, included features, usage limits, and whether a subscription renews automatically. Taxes may apply.

Subscriptions renew for the stated billing period until canceled. You may cancel before the next renewal through the account or store where you subscribed. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the paid period unless applicable law or the selling platform requires otherwise.

Purchases made through Apple, Google, or another app marketplace are also governed by that marketplace's payment, cancellation, and refund rules. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, fees already paid are non-refundable. We will give advance notice of material price changes when required.

8. Third-party services

The Service may work with third-party sign-in, hosting, payment, storage, AI, or other services. Your use of a third party may also be governed by its own terms and privacy policy. MangoGo is not responsible for a third party's independent products, content, or conduct.

9. MangoGo intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content provided by MangoGo, is owned by MangoGo or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership of MangoGo intellectual property to you.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create risk or harm, fail to pay required fees, or if we discontinue the Service. When reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export your content, unless doing so would create security, legal, or safety risk.

Terms that by their nature should continue after termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions, will continue to apply.

11. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” MANGOGO DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not promise that the Service will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that saved content can never be lost.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANGOGO AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANGOGO'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID MANGOGO FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally may be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Pennsylvania, except where the consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Before filing a claim, you and MangoGo agree to try in good faith for 30 days to resolve it by contacting the other party. This section does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief.

14. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms. We will post revised Terms here and update the effective date. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will provide additional notice when reasonably practicable. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them; otherwise, you may stop using the Service.

15. General terms

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our permission; MangoGo may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and MangoGo about the Service, except for additional terms clearly presented for a specific feature or purchase.
